Pain in lower abdomen is it due to hemroids?
Last week our family got that darn stomach virus and of course I was the last one to get it. Yesterday I had diarrhea and vomiting (Once). From the diarrhea I got raw and I could go anymore due to my hemroids. So this morning when I got up I felt better as in nausea but I had so much pain in my lower abdomen.

I tried to use the bathroom but only went a little because my butt was so sore. Now the pain is not as bad but when I press around my belly the more hurtful spot is over to the right and down in my pelvic. I got some hemroids stuff to help the swelling so I can go but could this be it?

Could it just be the virus, my hemroids, or something really bad?

Answer by Ted
The area you’re describing sounds suspiciously similar to the location of the appendix… you may want to get that checked.

Answer by voodoomarshmallow
Hemorrhoids are a perianal discomfort. The pain in your abdomen is probably Crohn’s disease, or gastrointestinal cancer. Consult a family estate attorney and make a living will, while you can. Now is the time to go skydiving, like you’ve always wanted.

Answer by katrina
hemorrhoids hurt only where they are located, so no, the pain is not from that. Sounds like the virus is causing discomfort…pain is understandable during this time. Hopefully as you get better they pain should subside in the lower abdomen. Keep hydrated (water and watered down gatorade if you have any) and tea etc.

Pain in lower right abdomen in 16 male?
I have a pain in my right abdomen. I have had it for about 1 year now and it only hurts when I sometimes bend down and stretch my back.. I have had a ct scan, urinalysis, blood test, and an ultrasound and nothing has come back positive. I was thinking it could be my appendex but I have never had fever and I never had nausea or vomiting and I rarely have diarrhea. I feel perfectly fine. I can run and walk as much as I want it actually feels better when I excersise. Just when I play video games or leaning to much on my side it starts to hurt. Please read this because I seriouslu dont think its my appendix :)

Answer by Ashley Caraluzzi
It doesn’t sound like appendicitious. If it was, then you would know it. It sounds to me like you might just have a strained muscle. Even though you have been having this pain for a year it could be. Have you tried going to the chiropractor? They might be able to strech your back and put everything in place. Good luck!

Pain in lower right abdomen and same area on my back?
any idea what this might be? it started like 3 hours ago, and it stopped for a bit in betwwen that time but it came back. I am also having sore boobs, and increased vaginal discharge (sorry guys if tmi) which is just clear and watery. idk if that has anything to do with it but i am 4 days late on my period ( i think its stress…..i have midterms tommorow) so they might not have anything to do with each other. its a sharp pain though, not like a dull menstrual cramp. anyway, i am really scared and unsure of what it mihgt be…please help!
P.S i am only 15 so i hope its nhot anything serious!
i was also reading up on appendicitis, and the pain seems to be lower than that of where the appendix is. especially since i dont have any other symptoms (such as nausea, fever, or vomiting or diarrhea)
i am almost positive the pain is in my ovary!!!!! :(
possible cyst?

Answer by LSD[LilSexDave]
It could be akidney stone, but from the sound of it it could be appendicitis! I too had the same areas of soreness and thought it could be the flu the reason the pain was lower than where appendicitis usually occurs was because it had already ruptured on me and it broke off and went down near my urinary area and caused quite a discomfort down there it took them 6 hours to figure out what was wrong with me in the ER but as soon as the nurse[guy] pressed on my stomach it didnt hurt when he pressed but it hurt when he let go they called it a rebound pain or somethin they knew what it was after that of course i had to get a sonogram on my genitals and an Catscan but they found it u need to go to the ER could be deadly could be somethin else too

Pain near right hip, moves around right abdomen.?

Pain near right hip, moves around right abdomen.?
Hello!

I’ve been having off and on pain in my lower right stomach area near my hip. It likes to move around as well. It’ll go from around my hip area, to my side, to near my belly button, to up near my ribs and sometimes my back. I have no fever, no nausea, no diarrhea, no vomiting… The pain is usually bearable and at rare times will spark for a second then go back to how it is. It doesn’t hurt more or less if I press on it or let go of it. Nor does it hurt more if I cough, sneeze, etc. I have fine bowel movements, I still have my appetite, I just have a weird pain in my right lower area.

My first thought was appendicitis, but it’s quick moving and I’ve none of the symptoms except pain. Any ideas?

Answer by My Zoo
Gas….

Answer by Inay
you need to inhale and exhale properly for oxygen.
you lack oxygen in your body. usually it is difficult to pull a breath cause it hurts under your breast. so inhale correctly and deeply until you feel your lungs is full of air then exhale slowly do it 5 times. then rest for a while. Do inhale and exhale exercise before and after sleeping. breathing exercise is good for blood circulation and oxygen intake.
also try to have a urine laboratory check up. it might be that your uric acid is above normal
Bless you…

Sharp Stabbing Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

Sharp Stabbing Pain In The Upper Abdomen?
Hello. For the past 24 hours I have been experiencing sharp stabbing pain in the upper abdomen. There’s swelling along the right side as well. The pain extends down the right side of my stomach. There’s slight, dull discomfort in the vaginal area. I’ve also had headaches, light-headedness and fatigue. I cannot stand up straight, when I stand up I have to hunch over because of the pain. I’m a 27 year old female with an Mirena IUD. I was wondering if these are the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy, or if I should consider other problems. I do not have fever, nausea, diarrhea, vomitting, or vaginal bleeding.

PS I cannot go to a doctor in the next 24 hours, that is why currently I need some pro help.

Answer by Mike D
How is this a men’s health question? Direct it with more sense please.

Answer by sundragonjess
For both of my ectopic pregnancies, I had a stabbing/throbbing pain in my right or left side of my pelvic area, so I’m guessing that it’s not an ectopic. If it gets bad enough though, I’d go to the ER.

Could be that you are having issues with your appendix. If you develop a fever also, get the the ER immediately. As for now i would be seen at your doc’s office, sounds like appendicitis. This could burst and become deadly.

Answer by Brian
I think it could be your appendix.. Better to get to a DR very quickly.. It can burst and then you could die.. This is serious. Be safe!

Answer by frank
It sounds like it could be your appendix.

Go see your doctor, soon.

Answer by Mlayers
I could be your appendix. You need to see a doc. If that gets worse, it could rupture, and things could go from bad to worse.

Answer by miss_gretchen21
From your symptoms I’d have to guess it might be a UTI or kidney infection or if you still have an appendix, appendicitis might be possible. If you have a fever, I suggest having your doctor paged. Give him/her your symptoms and ask if it can wait until Monday. If not, go to the ER or Urgent Care.

Appendicitis
Many people who have had appendicitis say the pain is hard to describe. It may not feel like any pain you have had before. It may not even be a very bad pain, but you may feel like something is wrong. If you have moderate belly pain that does not go away after 4 hours, call your doctor. If you have severe belly pain, call your doctor right away.

You may have appendicitis if:

* You have pain in your belly. The pain may begin around your belly button.
* The pain in your belly gets stronger and moves below your belly button on your right side (the lower right quadrant). This is the most common place to feel pain when you have appendicitis.
* The pain does not go away and gets worse when you move, walk, or cough.
* You have pain in any part of your belly or on your side.
* You feel nauseated or throw up a few times. You also may not feel like eating.
* You have constipation, back pain, a slight fever, or a swollen abdomen.

Hi your pelvis could be out of alignment which can cause pain in the lower back, buttock and thigh (leg) and also sometimes with mine i get a sore tummy too, not as often as the rest. i suggest you go and see a physiotherapist and ask them to check if your pelvis is out of alignment, my physio has helped me so much with my lower back pain. if the physio cannot help i would go and see your doctor, also physio may make you feel better straight away or it could take a couple of visits just to get the pelvis back into the right position. Good Luck i hope you feel better soon.

Answer by cool person
it is possible that you are having appendicitious, while it is easily treatable if cuaght early, it can be fatal if left untreated

Answer by pamzstew
Have you been doing some heavy coughing? Because if you have a bug, along with coughing, could’ve pulled and or strained a muscle. Sounds crazy but it can happen. You may want to have it checked.

Keep sipping water to avoid dehydration. See a doctor.

Answer by simplycuriousNC
Numbness is not normal. This is a sign of poor circulation among other possibilities. See a doctor.

Answer by FC
Go to a doctor immediately. My friend got numbness from waist up, backache etc and discovered it was liver cancer late stage. He passed away after 3 months.
He wasn’t a smoker or drinker.

Answer by Jean V
Don’t know how old u r. looks like you have a condition that requires immediate medical attention. Call 911 if the symptoms are dolloping faster. Probably you have venous thrombosis in your left leg complected by PT. Don’t delay seeing a doctor.

Answer by latebreakfast
You need to get to a doctor immediately. Diarrhea can kill you if you get too dehydrated. DRINK GATORADE.

Are you taking new medications that might affect you this way?
Do you have high BP?
Heart condition?
Liver disease?

The pink saliva could mean MS, but how will you know unless you go to the doctor?
I hope you feel better soon and all these symptoms are nothing serious. Just get to the doc!

Answer by dj_yennifer
Where abouts do you live? In the US or Canada? Because even if you have no medical insurance through work or blue cross, (This is in Canada) a trip to the hospital is free. Just as long as you have provincial health care. Which you should have acquired at birth or when you moved to the province. If you are not from this country but are residing here and have not acquired this information yet then a trip to the walk in clinic will likely scoots you $ 30.00. Which is a lot better then going through more pain and possible death.

Now, as per your symptoms, the pink saliva could be from blood in your saliva. But this is usually cause be gingivitis. It sounds to me, as though you may have a virus could possibly be the Norwalk virus. This virus gives you fevers, vomiting, upset stomach diarrhea, cold chills and could cause numbing. But the numbing should not persist for to long and should be intermittent. You should not experience numbing all the time nor should you have pink saliva. I recommend you get into a doctor as soon as possible. In the case that you are experiencing a strong taste of iron in you mouth, which is an indication of higher levels of blood in your saliva you must seek the emergency. In any case do not let this persist without seeking medical attention. The blood in the mouth and the numbing in your limbs are not normal by any means and demands medical attention. The rest of your symptom point to a virus. I hope this help you and your wife and I hope for your sake that you take my advice and see a doctor.

I have a list of symptoms and no answers: Loss of taste, Jaw pain, abdomen pain, vomiting, diareah…?
I have been sick ever since I was exposed to black mold! Don’t know if related but need to help somewhere.
List of symptoms:
Migraines (came on after exposure to mold)
Lost sense of taste (not completely but about 1/2 as it used to be)
Jaw joint pain
Upper right abdomen pain
Diarrhea/ constipation- takes turns
nausea and vomiting-
No fevers but chills and then very hot
Today I now have a bladder infection.
Very tired at times.
All blood tests are normal occasionally my liver enzymes are up. But in a day they go back to normal.
CT scan and ultra sounds also ok.
I was normally pretty healthy before the exposure of the mold.
Anyone have suggestions?
Sometimes I wish they would find something so the docs don’t think I am crazy!!
Thanks
Diane

Some kind of colon infection maybe? Everything else might have to do with not getting enough nutrients because of it. I had crohn’s disease and some of these symptoms look familiar. Just one thought.

Are these symptoms related: nausea for the last 2 mons, explosive diarrhea & pain in lower left abdomen.?

Are these symptoms related: nausea for the last 2 mons, explosive diarrhea & pain in lower left abdomen.?
I am 5′ 3″ and overweight at 190 lbs. Doc states pain in abdomen is a hernia.

I have some food allergies: lactose, tomatoes- which give me diarreha–and kiwi & all pitted fruit cause my lips and tongue to swell.

Nausea is new… and a bother! Could these be a sign of gluten allergy? I’m not preggers, as hubby is fixed (12+ years ago)

Answer by The Proud Conservative
lol (jk), so whenever you poop, there’s an explosion in the toliet!! BANG!!! Sorry, I shouldn’t be getting my pleasure from your pain. I’m sorry. :(

Yeah, I’d definitely say that they’re related they sound linked together. I’d go to the doctor before another diarrhea bomb goes off in your toliet.
