My cousin have small lumps on the side of his necK?
The doctor put him on antibiotics that didnt work. He still has the lumps. Were from a small town and I dont really have faith in the doctor. Does anybody have any idea what these lumps could be and what type of specialist could be used. Any type of information would help. Recently he has been having nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and dark circles under his eyes. He hardly eats anything. The lumps in his neck are only on 1 side and are soft. I think he needs to see a specialist.

He should go to a see an internal medicine physician. He most likely has an infection and the antibiotics that he took did not help. He needs to have some blood work to see what the source of this illness is.
I hope he gets help and feels better soon.

diarrhea, neck pain, nausea, etc.?
Last weekend, I went to the ER for abdominal pains and diarrhea. They took a urine and blood test, and they came back good, and I was sent home. I’ve also had these symptoms before. Three days ago (on Friday) I went to a public pool with my friend. That evening when I came home, I had a headache, nausea, trouble breathing (I have asthma and it was very hot outside), and aching. From Saturday into today (Sunday) I’ve had diarrhea approximately 14 times, therefore my mom took me to the doctors this morning. They collected a stool sample and they told us they would call us when the tests came back. When we arrived home, my neck became stiff and I had occasional sharp pains in my neck. I can’t help but think that this is more than just a virus. Any thoughts?

Headache, fever(100-101), sore neck, diarrhea, occasional nausea/vomiting, body aches, cold chills…flu?
I have had the upset stomach since Thanksgiving. It has got worse and I have gotten a fever since Saturday night that peaked at 101.4 that night. My stomach hurts pretty bad, I am having a headache and my head hurts to the touch. I am aching all over and get cold chills. I have no stuffy nose, sore throat..none of that. Does this sound like the FLU to anyone? I think I need to go to the doctor today.
Thanks for the help! I went to the doctor and they said it is the flu.

Sounds like flu. Definately go to the doctor. Get well soon!

Yes go. You could have food poisoning. It doesn’t sound like flu.

Yes, go to the dr. Sounds like the flu or a stomach virus. Feel better.

It does not sound like influenza, but it does sound like you have a rotten virus. You should go to the doctor to make sure it is nothing that can be treated.
Hope you feel better.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
