right side abdominal pain with nausea?
i have lower right side abdominal pain that also moves to the right side when i press right above the pubic bone i get pain as if it would be my bladder i also have pain with i press on my lower right side just above my hip bone. i have sever nausea with vomiting after each time that i eat also having pain under my ribs kinda feels like little bubbles under my ribs. i have been moving my bowels they are never normal to begin with i know TMI just need to try to get the point across. not sure what is going on but would like to know what people think. i though maybe appendicitis but i have no temp and i know that you don’t have to have a temp for it to be appendicitis but i don’t think that this it what it is. i also suffer from this type of pain quit often and the docs cant figure it out. i have been on medications for IBS and they feel that it isn’t the problem. some times i wake up in the middle of the night with really bad diarrhea and gas pain that i vomit at the same time. the problems just continue to get worse i have been to 6 different GI (stomach docs) also had numerous ct scans and a colonoscopy that have been mostly negative also i have the mirena for birth control. please anyone having these symptoms that can help up let me know
i just had a urine sample it was negative and my iud is in place.

Please have yourself checked out for an UTI (urinary tract infection) and kidney stones. ASAP!

Go see your doc again or a new one.
If you describe it clearly as you have here, a doctor should be able to diagnose or suggest something for you.
I would ask specifically about appendicitis, kidney stones, gall bladder stones, bladder infection.
Good luck

You are having the typical pains that happen when you have tight muscles in your back pulling the muscles into the nerves as they leave the spine of the other organs to cause them to act up and go into pain. You can have the muscles touching the nerves going to the stomach which causes it to release more gastric acid which usually causes the IBS symptoms. Tight muscles in your upper back often send pains around the body on the nerves to cause pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. The tight muscles can be sending other pains around the body in the lower part to have those pains as well. When you are laying down it changes the pressure points and causes other nerves to touched so other organs can be affected so the diarrhea ends up happening at that time. To get rid of these problems you have to free up your back muscles and here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
